Help When is it arriving??

Contrary to what you may believe the Google reps most likely are just as clueless as you are as to what is going on. Google doesn't just announce everything to every low level employee. If you're going to yell at someone atleast make it a supervisor, not some poor guy who has calls coming in left and right with people complaining and screaming for information he doesn't have. As to what you can do you have 3 choices.

1. Wait it out

2. Cancel your order and pick the phone up elsewhere (T-Mobile store, online reseller, etc)

3. Get a different phone

Well said. It's not like they have the information and they are intentionally keeping it from you or that they are too lazy or incompetent to find the info. They can only use the resources Google has made available to them and those resources aren't telling them anything more than we can see for ourselves. They are clueless but I don't lay the blame at their feet.

I just yelled at the google rep and told him to cut the crap and tell me what he knows. He kept saying 'sorry sir. Your order should ship by Novermber 15th morning" and i was just like "ITS 5 PM, THATS NOT MORNING"

These google reps are getting on my nerves

I got the nexus 4 the second it came out. I havent recieved any order confirmaiton, tracking number, and luckily backorrder email.

This is all just pissing me off so much.

I needed this device by today :( (at latest tomorrow)

Any tips on what to do?

cancel the order and buy it from tmobile store then....you are not the only one in this situation

this always seems to happen when waiting for something exciting, for a new a game or device, something always happens that ruins it. Shipment gets delayed a day or 2, or it never exceeds or meets my expectations. And this only happens when I hype myself to a point of almost bursting.

I've learned my lesson... and to spare myself any further pain, leaving the nexus 4 thread until i receive a tracking number. Gonna go back to the Gnex forums.

Have fun with your new toy guys! I hope it is everything we all imagined it :D

Mine left for delivery at 5:50am this morning and it's about 3pm here on the east coast and it hasn't been delivered yet. Hopefully they come right when I get home lol
Here it is:

lol dude knocked on the door right after I posted. Love it so far, it feels so nice, though small since I'm coming from the Galaxy Note.

I guess given all the trouble others had I should just be happy that I got my order in at all but I must admit, it's a little grating to know that others are already playing with their devices while mine hasn't even shipped yet. :(

Another fruitless call to support and was told my order is "pending" and she doesn't know why it hasn't shipped yet but somebody will e-mail me by late Monday to provide an updated status. Awesome.

I ordered mine at about 11:43am EST on the 13th (even though it gave me an error it still went through) and I finally got an email this morning with a UPS tracking number. When I check it however, it reads “ A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." Maybe it will be mobile tomorrow and arrive on Monday? I'm down here in FL.

Using T-Mo. Haven't done quite a lot with it yet though. I got an 8GB model and I'm still deciding which apps I absolutely need and then I'll be installing a few not so necessary apps. If you (or anyone else) has questions I'll try to answer them as well as possible.

Do you ever accidentally hit the on screen navigation buttons? Coming from an iPhone, I have been wondering about this.
