Anyone know how I can uninstall Pandora from my phone? If I go into Menu>Settings>Manage Applications...Pandora isn't listed and if I go into the market and try to uninstall, the button is unclickable.

(My phone is rooted and is running Bugless Beast V0.4)

I checked that and did not see it anywhere. Could it be a leftover from a previous ROM?

It sounds like you have it the system folder, but neither BB nor B Evo show that it is included in the ROM / theme. So, how you got it there is a mystery.

Have you looked in Settings --> Applications --> Manage applications --> All?

At any rate, you need access to a file manager that has the capability to mount the system R/W, or else use the godmode as you mentioned.

Go to /system/app and see if there is a Pandora.apk (you might first need to let it convert all of the names from names like com.google.xxx.yyy to normal names....

If you're using a file manager, you'll need to mount that directory as R/W (if you're using godmode, all dires should already be set this way).

Find the Pandora one and move it from there to your SDCard (just to be safe, don't want to outright delete yet, and copying it won't help b/c the original is still there in /system/app). After you've moved it, reboot your phone.

Maybe? But I wipe before installing new roms, so I don't think that would be it, unless it's catching it from a nandroid backup?

Yeah, it's kinda weird...I kind of wonder if Pandora included something with their latest update that encrypts the app so that you can't remove/go back to an older version. The main reason i'm trying to uninstall is so I can re-install it with version 1.3 (which allows you to skip 6+ songs by going in/out of a different station, the newest version makes you wait the hour(like you're supposed to).

Yeah, uninstall button is grayed out(unclickable)

I have Root Explorer. I went into /system/app, mounted R/W, and selected Pandora.apk and it gave me these 3 options: Install, View, Cancel
