Help Help me guys on reinstalling applications GT-S5830

good day..
i am installing applications on my samsung galaxy gt-s5830 then i reinstall it and my reason is to have more space..

my question is how to install them again...when i tried to install them, it says installation unsuccessful..

i tried to reboot my phone but still same result....

help me guys

1)Root your device
2)install terminal emulater
3)open terminal emulater
4)write down su
5)go to data/data/ path
6)try to find application which you are installing
7)remove it by rm application_name

than try re-installing..it should work
