My theory is TMobile may get it soonest, since there is no processor swap needed. The other carriers will need to run the snapdragon CPU, so it may take longer to port, sometime mid summer imo. I am on TMobile so hopefully I can get it soon like at the end of May.
I'm just rationalizing not sure if this will actually happen...
If the S3 launches in May 29 in UK, then the US version which is suppose to have LTE will hopefully launch by end of June/beginning of July before the Olympics. They kind of hinted there were going to be two versions one with 4G LTE and another with 3G Exynos Quad in the US but I might be mistaken.
I'm on AT&T in the U.S. too, but purchasing a white SIM free model from the UK as soon as it's available. I did the same thing with the Galaxy S II.
Selling my GS II will make up for half of it and saving $20 a month by only having to pay for the $10 non-smartphone data plan will make up for the rest.

Sorry to bring back an old thread, but how are you able to use the $10 non-smartphone data plan with your S2/S3 without AT&T knowing/switching you to the smartphone data plan?

So as long as the international model is used they can't recognize them? I thought they were able to see that it was a smartphone even if it was an international version? So I could add the $10 non-smartphone data plan to one of my lines and use the international S3 without ATT knowing? What about the Google Galaxy Nexus from the Play store?

Thanks. Sorry so many questions, but you got me thinking about saving some $. One last question. Can this be used on a family plan on multiple lines and the $30 unlimited family texting? So all 3 lines with $10 non-smartphone unlimited data and $30 unlimited family texting for a total of $60 mo.?
May 30th is the official release date nationally, but I'll be darned if I can find the article. I'll post the link in a minute or two.
Edit: maybe I'm wrong. I could have sworn the article, from Samsung, said 5/30 for the US. But everything I read says that's the UK release date.
I could have swore...
