Here are three complaints about MetroPCS's voicemail in the San Francisco Bay Area:
1. To hear the new messages, the user must press "1". This means on an Admire one must drag up the digital keypad. Can the menu be set to auto play new messages ?
2. There is still a five minute to four day delay before new voice mail notification flag appears on the phones. This has been a problem with Metro for years and on six different Metro cell phone models. Metro has been aware of this problem for years. Do other carriers have this issue ?
3. If one skips messages (purposefully) the red flag showing new messages reappears, even though there a no new messages.
The only improvement in the voice mail is that pressing 4 discloses the caller ID.
