Loaded set CPU on this sucka last night, and now it seems my battery is worse today.
Seems completely backward, but it's what it is. Regular frequencies for screen on, on demand. And 245 max/min screen off profile.
I'm going to uninstall set CPU and see what happens.
Also I'm still on 1.03. Haven't had time to flash the update.

Going to try the new version today if I am lucky.

My car hobby has taken precedence over phone hobby for the moment..then there is this whole work thing too

I see there are also a slew of new 2.3 roms out so I will of course need to try those out.

I assume there is still no source for kernel info released by HTC... I really want a new overclockable kernel

New 1.4.0 is working great.

Only thing I notice so far is video freezes sometimes when recording in 720P and playing back, anyone else?

Is it actually working? I tried using it on 1.02, but the frequencies never changed. I figured it hadn't been updated to support the gingerbread kernel.

Damn I just put on 1.03 the other night lol. I may wait couple of days to make sure another one doesn't come out before I do the full wipe on mine.

You know what, the perflock hasn't been disabled yet. It's still the stock kernel.

I would say this ROM is still slightly laggy.....I get jittering going from one screen to the next. I am still Jammin' Mik 4.4 as it has been flawless for me....oh well...I'll just hang with that until I get a new phone...3vo or Photon).

try the evolvedrom shifted rom or the king's alliance rom both are based off of mikg. they are superfast and smooth. i really like the shifted rom's theme.

it works fine with me on 1.04, i only use sleep profile at 245/245.

I flashed it a few hours ago. Not much difference. Could just be my phone isnt as congested as before with the fresh wipe.

1.3 the system messages like message sent etc would show up 30 minutes to a few hours later. Not so on this one.

That startup screen just scared the bejeebus out of me. LOL. Finally got to download it and it's all rebooting now. I love Mik roms! I tried another one but had to customize the font because it was too small, etc. and just too much work. Mik's are just top of the line IMO.

Just a quick question from a newb how has never flashed a rom before.

I think I am going to try and install Mik2.0, I am rooted and am running 2.3 and I already updated my Radio.

If I install this ROM, do I need to update anything else? (Kernel, Radio, ect?)

Nope, no need to update anything else

Just make sure you wipe everything either using THIS or THIS

Flash Calkulin's Format All or VR Superwipe
Then wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache
Wipe Dalvik cache

Flash rom

Reboot
