World MS Day today 27 may 2015.
My cousin was diagnosed with MS. I completely support the scientists researching a cure, and though my cousin is mildly affected by it right now, it will only get worse.

I support research and possible cures for any malaise (?) out there in our world. May we all become healthier, and happier - LW

RANT:

I'm waiting in the doctor's office for my lady. She will find out the results for her spinal MRI today.

Got a check from PayPal... since I don't have a bank account, I suppose I'll try a grocery store... man, it really stinks when you're amongst the poor here in the USA.

Rights? Only for haves, and 'barely haves'. Not for the likes of me. Okay, I'm done ranting - time to seize some positivity... LW

Currently grinding my gears...
Not being able to see a movie that I have an acting roll in.

The 7th Flavour (第七种味道)...so far it's won two awards apparently, but it's not been in a theatre yet, nor on TV or on-line or DVD.

Filming was done two years ago.
Not on the internet? But everything that exists is on the internet!

(I read it on the internet, so it must be true)

Those people grind my gears to a fine sand..

Out here in the west, we've all got xeriscaped yards now due to the drought. The downside is it just makes you feel hot and stranded in a desert, but the upside is reduced water consumption and no lawn maintenance.

I do miss having a lawn though :(
I don't. I still have a lot of weeds to get rid of, but I've never been a fan of mowing the yards.

The back yard is mowed. I finished it around 6:15 pm EDT. Out here in the country, the grass that grows is mainly fescue; thick-bladed grass that is suitable to grow in the Southeastern United States. Not very pretty, but, it can take the heat and sunlight of the day. Unfortunately, this grass wasn't planted in the traditional way - by seed, or sod. It was already dominant on the land before the house (trailer) was placed upon it, replete with dandelions and crabgrass. It was a struggle getting through some of the thick stuff - and, the mower has plenty of power - with a two-bladed 48" cut.

My rant: weed grass. Dandelions. Not enough money to get a pre-emergent type weed killer, and, having to cut the stuff at two inches. Normally, from my landscaping experience, I'd cut it at 3" - it doesn't grow back as quickly; therefore, less mowing. Due to the weeds, however - I have no choice, so I have to cut it at 2".

Grrrrrrrrr. My rant, for what it's worth. My pain level is very high; yet, I await my lady coming home later this evening. I cannot let pain medicine get in the way of our plans. She is wearing another of her summer dresses. She's so adorable. I'm so blessed, having her in my life. Tonight - pizza with feta cheese, and romance. :)

I also managed to get something in my right eye, during my riding mower experience. SO WHAT. We've got plans. That was because of me getting too close to our pine trees, to make it easier for her when she uses the weed trimmer. Trying to clear the branches out of the way wasn't very successful as the times in the past. Dammit.

The things we do for love. Like the old 10cc song. LW

Indeed LVVWD gave me a credit for removing my lawn and doing a desert hard scape.

A semi went through your windshield and all you spent was $220? What do you drive?
A Ferd FTeenThousand

Not really, I drive a 2012 Ford Fusion.

That's awful... Glass is a no deductible repair in Vegas.

whaaaaaaat? My agent told me I'd have to pay my deductible for it to be covered....and my deductible is $1000.

Though I thoroughly enjoyed Mad Max today, one thing negatively affected the experience.....I was sitting alone on the front row when about 2/3 of the way through the movie, a woman comes in and brings about 6 little crotch goblins with her, aged about 7-10.

First, Mad Max is certainly not a movie that I would take such youngins to see.

Second, she made zero effort to keep the kids sitting still and quiet. They talked loudly, ran around, played on their iphones, etc. Get your spawn and get the hell out of the movie, ma'am. They did leave after 30 minutes...not sure why they were in there to begin with.
