    Help mobile network wont turn on cant restart phone

    Today I tried turning on my mobile network from the drop down settings. It would not turn on. So I held the power button down so I could restart the phone. I Clicked restart it did nothing, I clicked power off, it did nothing! I had to pull the battery out. Anyone else have these issues?
