So I am complying.
I had a Hypercolor t-shirt and tank top.
I was just exiting the womb in 89.
Has anybody seen my Jams shorts ? :captain:
Jams Shorts ? an 80?s summer fashion must have!
This was almost the 80's (79)
and this was mid '80s
Hmmm.....not sure I have any pics from the 80's that survied my journeys. I'll look. in the meantime, SUBBED!
I don't remember the 80's I think they happend in one of my black outs. I was a metal head to the core back then I think
Luna, based on the first pic, are you related to Justin Timberlake?
Here's me, it's the earliest one I can find at the moment? It's a school photo from 1989 or something, not sure. I had that parting for that long, that to this day, when I don't comb my hair, it will part itself.
LOL. Hardly. The dress shirt, painters pants and fedora was quite a departure from where i was 5 years before that with a ponytail, leather bomber jacket and jack boots.
wow sharon that is some hair!!!!!
looks like you belong in that 80's band, vixen:
Should have kept my Hypercolour t-shirts............ They'll be back!!
There's a Halloween shop around here that sells recycled 70s & 80s clothing. It's super cheap
I was a boring father of two in the early eighties. I was making no fashion statement
Well, let's see some of the pics with the tiny clothes!!! I'll have to dig up some old pics from the '80s and scan them.
You look like you're ready to jump out of your chair and beat somebody up lol.
Another youngin here.
haha i wasn't even a thought in my parents heads' in the 80's
I used to take my little ones out with me when I was in my full clown outfit - I'll have to see if I can some snaps of that.
In the early 80s, hospitals would not let us take our children home until we signed forms saying that we would, in fact, jump out of chairs and beat people for messing with our kids.
Which probably led to my clown disguise.
Actually, I think that pic of me was taken at my in-laws and that was my "I'm having the time of my life" face.
Full clown outfit, complete with little ones, a must see!
I'm a little older than you...
I've still got original 'Beach Boys' Albums, Hawaiian Shirts ect...
Sadly I wore our my 'Ra-Ras' (Saddle Shoes)
That's what I wore to college. (Wardrobe on a shoestring budget)
The 60s were my good old days. :dancing2:
I would have if they were worth keeping! After a few months of going thru the dryer, they stop working, LOL!
I spent most of the 80's overseas with the Air Force. Most of the local cultures didn't suffer from the same fashion trends affliciting the US, so I never had the clothes and styles that everyone else had.
I miss the 80's, especially the music...
I was just the typical headbanger. Blue jeans, t-shirts, leather/Jean jackets, ear ring in one ear, long hair and a lot of partying.
I had a few girlfriends in high school with that same hairstyle. Aqua Net must have made a fortune back then. But what jogs my memory about that picture are the shoulder pads lol. All the girls looked liked linebackers in those days. So many bad fashions in the 80s. Parachute pants, zippers on everything, Michael Jackson Thriller jackets, pants tucked into socks, leg warmers. Luckily I was a metal head as well, so the standard uniform of concert shirts and jeans wasn't too bad. I did have a pair of LA Gear one time, though. Oh, and a Levi jacket with the sleeves cut off lol.
for all you 80's metal heads
