Help Load Failed Message!

I just download the app, I did my folders and everything looks good. When I done with the folders and I try to see them, I open and the only thing I can see is this red message "Load Failed" I cant see my pictures, I don't know if I did something wrong and I like get my pictures back.
Can someone help me, please!
