So basically Qraftee, all you have done is scoured the net for every fault that anyone has ever had on the N1. You then claim that all of these "faults" are common.
I don't know why you are on this forum? You don't like the N1, clearly. So find a phone you do like, go on the forum for that one and find out it also has people who have problems with their device.
Bye bye.
1) This is real but it's not 3G. It's because of your hand masking the antenna.
Wow, what a BRILLIANT design. We should include an AM/FM tuner where it won't work properly either.
2) Never happened on mine.
I bet it does, but you can't tell the difference.
3) Never happened on mine
Not one of my main issues to begin with.
4) Not a problem.
I haven't heard much about this until the Phandroid report, but it would be a big deal if it was widespread.
5) Never heard of.
I haven't heard much about this until the Phandroid report, but it would be a big deal if it was widespread.
6) Where are you getting these from. Mine works perfectly.
I have heard about this a bit before the Phandroid report, but it would be a big deal if it was widespread. Where am I getting it from? I posted the source. *facepalm*
7) Again...
I haven't heard much about this until the Phandroid report, but it would be a big deal if it was widespread.
8) No.
I haven't heard much about this until the Phandroid report, but it would be a big deal if it was widespread.
9) OK, it's not great. But at least kids don't walk down the street playing music out of the loudspeaker.
How many "kids" do you think own this phone? Anyway, I've only known of one phone that had excellent speakerphone (Droid), so I didn't expect much here--not even from the Droid Incredible.
10) Not the loudest but OK.
I haven't heard much about this until the Phandroid report, but it would be a big deal if it was widespread.
11) No, this along with call quality is excellent.
I haven't heard much about this until the Phandroid report, but it would be a big deal if it was widespread.
12) Never used.
I have heard of this prior to the Phandroid report, but it seems to affect all phones for some reason. The aux port seems to get loose over time--or maybe the aux input rubber rings wear down.
13) OK, this is a bit silly. They should have stated that it should not be bent excessively.
Epic fail on HTC's part. Whoever handled that call should be fired.
14) Never seen this.
I haven't heard much about this until the Phandroid report, but it would be fairly annoying if it was widespread.
15) Mine works.
I haven't heard much about this until the Phandroid report.
And you're wrong again. I don't take all "faults" as bad. Some are isolated incidents, but some are serious issues (the ones I've mentioned over and over again): Dust under screen, Touchscreen sensor, and Cracking screen. I don't count 3G because I still fairly believe that is T-Mobile's fault.
Am I supposed to sit in the back of the bus too? Am I also bound to the land? Am I also restricted to the non-Whites restrooms? No? I didn't think so.
