Rant Thread - What really grinds your gears?

Where is it you live mate?
Theyve actually reintroduced (or trying to reintroduce) the wolf and beaver here but far from the cities, in the highlands.
I forgot we still have the scottish wildcat but its very rare. The red fox is the only native dog we naturally have left and theyve became very urban

Colorado. But NYC and most major cities have a coyote population, and Chicago suburbs had a couple of mountain lions.

They have reintroduced the wolf (not here) - some areas are complaining. Trying to reintroduce the Lynx, we do have bobcats. Raccoons, skunks, badgers can be urban. They are trying to reintroduce the black-footed ferret. Chinese Polecats look just like them.

LOL just had Mrs Logik screaming from the bedroom saying theres a bat in the room. i got pure excited coz i LOVE bats and used to have recurring dreams about them...
It was a MOTH :banghead::banghead: a huge moth but still a moth :(

I wouldn't mind a bat. Sonar keeps them out of your face. I freak out with miller moths. They are dirty, and fly like drunks.

Speaking of critters - our office took a trip to the Dominican Republic. They don't have screens on the windows. We were watching the NFL playoffs (in Spanish) and I see the Vulcan jumping around and beating something with the TV controller. Big old flying Cucaracha. As big as a Little Brown Bat. Hope it wasn't any relative of Stinky's.

I'm always afraid we'll splat a bat in Moab while riding the Kawi. They are all over the place. Here we might only see one or two.

Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1500. Since I call my other half the Vulcan, it would have confused some.

You ride down 279 to Potash in Moab at dusk and the bats are flitting all over between the rocks and the Colorado River. It's "where the bugs are." They fly lower than the windscreen.

We've ridden to Canyonlands and Arches at dusk, and there aren't that many bats that close to the road. Way overhead, but you don't worry about splatting those.

What grinds me gears? :)

Well there be this family of squatters (Angry Starlings / type of bird) in our roof! :)

They think this house is theirs now! :D

Wow I love animals and so okay okay okay.... ja I gave them a LITTLE bit of bacon but I know they were very grateful and skwaaaked looking at me in an angry way! (This is what birds be good at ek se) but we gotz bird lice all over us near the end of my room and the bathroom side of the house. :D

But I like to feed them! :)

Before going to bed last night I heard them Angry Starlings running around in the roof "skittling all over the place" I think they were listening to and jauking it to legendary and epic song called:

Wow them birds is hungry and like bacon!

Lol we get a lot of bats down next to the river in my town. Theres a streetlamp that attracts the moths etc so the bats take advantage of it.
I always thought The Vulcan was your kid lol. Why do you call her that? Ears or logic? :D
EDIT or only has *** once every 7 years lmao :D

No, I'm married to the Vulcan. The kid is referred to as the Brat, and one ex-son-in-law was Kung Foof, and another Country Boy. The current one is older, English, and I haven't knicknamed him yet. The kid refers to me as The Beast, so it runs in the family.

He's the Vulcan since he wants everything listed logically and in order, and very literal at times like Spock. It's only coincidence we have a Vulcan bike.

Time Zones. I am in America, and my friend is in The Netherlands, a 7 hours difference. Its hard to get a time to talk to him.

All you need to do this ek se is to pretend that rotating the earth backwards will somehow rewind time for some crazy reason and everyone in the world (OBVIOUSLY) bought this cheesy as bacon scam!

Wow people are just amazing hey with their single digit IQ!

Prerequisites are as follows ek se:

1) You need to be born on the planet "Krypton" and you need to have a very weird and bizarre obsession with Lios Lane for some strange reason and pretty much like a freaky stalker type that should go to jail ASAP.

2) You need to be very very very angry to pull that all off!

3) Good luck! :)

Just makes you want to go down to the corner store and phone in an anonymous tip to the cops that there are a bunch of people dealing in front of your address...

Not that I have ever done anything like that.

I can get that. Kid is in Pinner UK, and I'm in Mountain American. We can Skype at 1P.

I had exactly same problem last month in Bristol UK. Every time I got to the computer in the evening, all my friends in China had gone to bed. So I was on Skype at midday as well, if I could get online at that time.
