Is this possible? If not can I go back to a stock ROM and get the update there??
Go to the stock ROM, update to 2.2, then root it with the following:
Quick rooter for stock FroYo systems - xda-developers
thanks man, I was gonna flip out without titanium backup. I had to flash Ra twice for some reason. But that quick root works. SU and BB
Did anyone get the 2.2 OTA update? I went back to stock and its telling me i am up to date.
No, most people have not gotten the OTA update. They are using the guide in the N1 section to manually update to 2.2

Oh. Thanks for all your help. I though they were pushed out already. i was already using 2.2 I just wanted to get the official.
i need to come back and say that the .34 kernel messed up my sd card dismount, like everyone says it would. lol
switched to 20100523_13XX-14XX_.34-FroYo 800mv BFS kernel here
[.33.4 & .34]intersectRaven's Kernel (Hybrid AVS *Stable*) 05/24/2010 10:52pm - xda-developers
never mind, that didn't work either, went back to the 33 kernel from the link above at the top.
edit again, i gave up on this and went back to stock kernel 2.6.32
