Help quick question

Your PC is missing a media component called a codec - in this case, the right codec for your audio to go with I'm presuming is your MPEG4 video. This problem varies by what sort of updates various users have on their computers.

If you're using Windows, I'm not going to be a great help - try googling for "MPEG4 codec" or "AMR codec" - if you're on OSX, just install Perian - The swiss-army knife of QuickTime components

Maybe somebuddy with specific Win experience similar to yours can suggest the right package (I'm assuming you run Windows, most people do).
