Ruu security fail update fail

hi
i am using htc explorer. somedays before i unlocked my phone through htc developer site. After that i made a partition in my sd card to increase internal memory of phone via using link2sd apps.
i found that my old application like ndtv which were already installed in my phone are not working .i reset my mobile by going into its setting menu.
Now phone stucks htc word screen.
To get out of the problem i tried to installed ruu.
But at the last of its installation part
i get an error 155
and get an message
ruu
security fail
update fail

after rebooting my phone stucks to htc

show me the way to get out of it.

Make sure your bootloader is relocked before running the RUU, then try again.
