As from this evening (about 11pm, UK), Google throws up the 'Malware detected' warning screen 'Warning: Something's not right here', whenever I try to access Android Forums, stating 'androidforums.com contains content from phandroid.com, a site known to distribute malware. Your computer might catch a virus if you visit this site.' Ouch!
But, says Google, 'We have already notified phandroid.com that we found malware on the site. For more about the problems found on phandroid.com, visit the Google Safe Browsing diagnostic page.'
So I follow the Google Safe Browsing diagnostic page and get this:
Safe Browsing Diagnostic page for phandroid.com

How did this happen?
In some cases, third parties can add malicious code to legitimate sites, which would cause us to show the warning message.
So Google are listing these sites as suspicious, but haven't detected any malware! So why the malware warning? Has anyone else come across this?
Edit: Just seen the Android Forum message about this. Android Forum/Phandroid are on the case. Thanks!
